Committee Definitions

Architecture Committee

Administers the Architecture Guidelines to maintain a similar look and feel homes and yards

Financial Review Committee

Serves as a check and balance to the Treasure and coordinates an annual review of finances

 

GV Council

Attends regular Green Valley Council meetings and communicates to Townhouse VI households

​

Landscape Committee

Maintains Townhouse VI common open space and administer the Landscape Guidelines

​

Nominating Committee

Meets during the fall to develop Board and Committee candidates as needed

​

Roads Committee

Oversees the paving and maintenance of THVI roads.  In conjunction with the Treasure recommends any changes to the roads reserve fund

Social Committee

Organizes social events

​

Updates site content and addresses technical issues
