Welcome Renters to Townhouse VI

Townhouse VI welcomes you to the neighborhood.  We hope your stay here is enjoyable and satisfying.  Townhouse VI has a lot to offer with our closeness to activities and shopping, walkable paths and roads, social gatherings, etc.  If you are able to join the Green Valley Recreation Association (GVR), they offer many educational and recreational activities and access to the local pool which is only a few walkable minutes away.  Use these links to learn more about Our HOA and Green Valley.

Townhouse VI is a homeowners' association that is governed by Community Documents that keep our neighborhood pleasant and safe for all.  As renters you will need to follow these documents as well.  We are an age restricted community with a requirement of one person in the household being 55+ years old.  Rentals require a minimum of a one month stay.  Also if you have not done so, the Renter's Form must be completed and sent to your landlord.

As a small association we are run by over 30 volunteers.  They are members of the board, committees and common area caretakers.  Please feel free to ask anyone of these volunteers, your neighbors or your landlord if you have any questions about Townhouse VI.  We hope you stay is friendly and enjoyable.
